In this program we reconnect to our inner wisdom and intuition, relearn to take care of ourselves in sacred ways, and begin or deepen our self-care, self-love and self-healing journey. Together we dive into one elemental energy- earth, air, fire, water, and spirit- each week and discover how they play a role in our mind, body and spirit. We will frame our exploration from a place rooted in the context of the society in which we live, learn what the sun, the moon, the food we eat, our wombs, and more have to do with it.

Day of Self-Healing

Put on your own lifemask on first. This is for you if you feel like you need a mini retreat but can’t or don’t want to travel. This session allows space to unplug and recharge and is totally customizable to what is happening in your life. Take a day to unplug and refuel so that you can walk through the world ready to take on whatever comes next.

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that has so many benefits for your mind, body, and spirit. When I teach, I create space for you to move your body, reconnect with yourself, and relax.  All yoga sessions are customized to meet your goals and your needs, which we would discuss at your first session and check in as we go as things can shift and change. Both private (in person or online) and group sessions are available.

Private Wholistic Support Sessions

These sessions allow for private and extended support. Fully wholistic, they combine coaching, movement, card readings, support around food and herbs, dealing with conflict, and so much more.  Together we set intentions and goals for your specific needs fill up your toolbox with different ways to achieve them.
